Let me walk you through our meticulous extraction process that transforms castor seeds into the pure oil we all rely on:

Seed Collection
We start by carefully selecting ripened castor plants, drying them under the sun. Once dried, the seeds naturally separate from the plants, ready for the next step.

Dehulling
After harvesting, the seeds are dehulled either manually or using dehulling machines, depending on what’s most efficient. This critical step ensures the seeds are prepared for cleaning.

Cleaning
Next, the seeds go through a thorough cleaning process to remove impurities like sand, stems, and dirt. For this, we use advanced seed-cleaning equipment with revolving screens to ensure only the best seeds move forward.

Drying
The cleaned seeds are then heated to reduce moisture content. This step not only hardens the seeds but also optimizes the oil extraction process.

​

Pressing
Using a screw press (oil expeller), we extract the oil by applying high pressure. The resulting oil is filtered, while the leftover residue, known as Castor Cake, is collected for other uses.

​

Filtration
The crude oil undergoes a filtration process to eliminate any remaining impurities, dissolved gases, or water. This step ensures a cleaner, higher-quality oil.

Refining
In the final stage, we remove oxidation byproducts, coloration, and any remaining unwanted substances through neutralization and bleaching. The oil is also deodorized to produce a clean, odor-free product.

By the end of this comprehensive process, we achieve a pure, top-quality castor oil ready to meet various needs.
